BK Academy, ZBL INC, and our Hana Group sushi franchise operation in Virginia were built from years of experience, hard work, and a passion for helping people grow through education, opportunity, and community support.
Founded and managed by U. Zoljargal (Zola Ulziisaikhan), our work focuses on international education consulting, youth development, publishing, entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural collaboration between Mongolia and the United States. For more than 16 years, we have worked with students, families, professionals, and organizations to help create better educational and personal opportunities for the future.
Through BK Academy, we help students explore study abroad opportunities, scholarships, educational planning, and career preparation. Through One World One Wish NGO, we support educational and community-based projects focused on youth empowerment and global awareness. Our work also includes publishing educational books, magazines, and motivational materials that encourage personal growth, optimism, leadership, and resilience.
In addition to education and nonprofit work, we also operate a Hana Group sushi franchise location in Virginia. This experience has taught us the value of responsibility, discipline, teamwork, customer service, and hands-on business management. Our journey has included everything from daily operations and customer service to leadership, mentoring, and organizational development.
